Compass is not an official assessment or evaluation platform and does not communicate with certifying bodies, institutional assessment systems, or training program databases. All information presented is for personal organizational use only.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Not upload patient information or protected health information (PHI)
• Not rely on Compass for official competency, assessment, or certification decisions
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Limitations of Liability

Compass is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass is not responsible for:

• Decisions made based on information displayed in the platform
• Errors, omissions, or misinterpretation of user-provided data
• Temporary service interruptions or loss of access
• Consequences arising from reliance on non-official information

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all information you provide to Compass. Compass does not claim ownership over user content. You may delete your data or account at any time.

6. Termination

You may stop using Compass at any time. Compass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive or harmful behavior.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Compass after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
