  • Rotation schedules (dates and rotation names)
  • EPA status counts (not individual assessments)
  • Leave history (dates and types)
  • Notes and templates you create
  • Basic account information (email and name)

2. What We Do NOT Collect

Compass does not collect:

  • Patient information or protected health information (PHI)
  • Assessment comments or narrative feedback
  • Faculty or evaluator names from official assessment systems
  • Any data not explicitly provided by you

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

  • Display your training information in an organized format
  • Provide optional summaries and organizational insights
  • Allow you to track and plan your residency

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or third-party analysis.

4. Data Storage & Security

Compass uses secure, modern cloud infrastructure to protect user information. Data is transmitted using encrypted connections and stored on managed databases with standard security controls. Users remain in control of their information and may delete their data at any time.

  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data at any time
